Vague source: It depends if the pimple is the source of the blood or not. Waking up to blood in the mouth could be from multiple sources. Get someone to look at your mouth when you notice it so the source may be identified. Have an exam by a dentist or physician to rule out something serious.

2 problems: "Pimple" on tongue usually denotes localized infection. Blood in mouth on arising usually means gum disease. 2 separate and distinct problems, both requiring evaluation and treatment. Please make an appointment with your Dentist.
