It's okay: I am pretty sure it won't do anything to you. It is such a small amount it won't do any damage. You will be fine. These otc beauty products are made to be generally safe (to an extent).

Yes, youre safe: That small amount will not cause any issues. If you start to notice something like severe stomach cramping or other problems, you can go to er, but with that small amount, you will not have any problem at all and shouldn't notice anything and will not have any long term affect.
