Salivary ducts?: See if you have two, next to each other, in the front just behind your lower front teeth. They may be the openings of the two salivary ducts from the salivary glands that produce saliva (wharton's duct). If you want to know for sure, you will have to see a dentist to actually examine you.

See a dentist: It can be a salivary gland issue. Sometimes salivary glands can become blocke and a pimple like mass can appear.
