Don't know: If your thyroid level is normal, these symptoms suggest significant obesity and Insulin resistance -- which should be evaluated and treated soon. I would also hope you are being evaluated by a cardiologist re: your palpitations and hbp. Seek good medical advice and then follow it.

Pain in upper neck base (where neck and skull meet front side) pain has progressed through the day it is painful to take deep breaths through the nose but not mouth also lightheadedness, hydration and hunger are not problems.
