No: unless you are having PAIN in your neck or down your arm(s) If no pain it's possible that you opened your EUSTACHIAN tubes....(the "tube" between the inner nose and ears which equalizes the pressure behind your eardrums) (Like in airplane flights) Just a thought Dr Z
