Yes - it will - no: If you have hpv, your partner has been exposed and likely infected. 80% of hpv infections are cleared in the first year by the immune system, and 90% by three years. Once you have had and cleared any virus (including hpv), your immune system prevents reinfection - so you will not get the same virus again.
