MGUS: Sounds like monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (mgus). Cannot say much more without knowing other clinical features -- eg lymphadenopathy, cbc, "crab" symptoms (hypercalcemia, renal insufficiency, anemia, bone disease).
