A doctor has provided 1 answer

MGUS likely.: Mgus is an abnormal antibody in blood that can be a marker for cancer, but usually isn't. With igm, the level of protein doesn't help with risk assessment, so guidelines would favor bone marrow biopsy and imaging. If studies are normal, risk of developing malignancy is quite low, 1%/year or less. Mgus is more common in people with autoimmune diseases.
