Insomnia: Many possibilities: anxiety, depression, pain due to arthritis, osteoarthritis or neuropathies, financial or health worries, worries about a loved one, poor sleep hygiene (like having a tv in the bedroom), neurodegenerative disorders like early alzheimer's disease or parkinson's disease, certain medications or caffeine use.
