How accurate is ultrasound? i tht 13w bt according to us measurement only 11w, did test at 3w(pos) if im 11w how could 1w test have been positive?

Pretty accurate: A dating ultrasound done around 8-11 weeks of pregnancy is pretty accurate. However, if a woman had sex on just one day during the month in question, then she can tell approximately when she conceived, more accurately than the ultrasound measurements. When posting questions, one should be sure to clarify "weeks of pregnancy", "weeks after sex", "weeks after conception", "weeks of gestation", etc..
