Within about 10 days: The ultrasound dating is calculated from the first day of bleeding from your last menstrual period ± 5 days.

Kind of: Ultrasound is accurate to within a few days of when the ovum was fertilized when performed early in the first trimester. However, sperm can survive for up to 72 hours. Therefore you can't accurately predict the date of when the act occurred that resulted in pregnancy to about a week or so.
