It's an estimate.: Re: your last question, if you're SURE your LMP was Mar. 5, 2014, we can estimate that conception was on Mar 19. Re: your ultrasound, it is important to understand that the age of your fetus is obtained by taking measurements. An example would be femur length. When these measurements are collated, an estimated fetal age can be obtained and it may vary from your dates.
