When i had my ultrasound on april 15th baby measured at 9 weeks 3 days my lmp began feb 10th , according to the ultrasound it wouldve put me on feb 8, which one is more accurate the ultrasound date or my lmp date ?

They both are accurate but with some variability. Not only must they be taken together, but the value of the ultrasound is in serial examinations over time (e.g., weekly). If the only discrepancy is 2 days (if I am reading your text correctly), that's pretty close for this kind of assessment, and, medically (for the precision of the methods) are basically saying the same thing and are in agreement
