Orbital fracture: If you are in or near boston, contact the hospitals for names of maxillo-facial, ear/nose/throat, plastic, or ophthalmologist surgeons, get name and number, then call starting with ophthalmologist surgeons to see if this is a procedure that they do, and how many.

ASOPRS website: The american society of ophthalmic plastic and reconstructive surgeons (asoprs) website lists physicians with fellowship training in orbital and oculofacial plastic surgery. There are many listed in the boston area, including at mass eye and ear. They have extensive training in eye socket surgery and are ophthalmologists to boot.
