I don't think...: ...Your question makes any sense. Epilepsy is a neurologic condition that involves seizures. Delusions are an error in thinking or belief (like attributing unpleasant behavior to a "conspiracy" without evidence). The two conditions don't really have anything to do with one another, although they could exist in the same person.
