There are many factors to consider. You may have an ongoing electrical abnormality (seizure like) in the brain that does not produce obvious symptoms. That might respond to treatment. Whatever triggered the seizures may be an abnormality with long term implications. A good evaluation by a neurologist may provide you with answers specific to your case.

Could be congenital brain malformation, adverse effects from meds, intermittent partial seizures or learning disorder. Would get evaluations from neurologist and speech therapist
