Juicing: weight gain: There is gathering evidence that those who juice do not lose weight but in reality gain weight. The assumptions that fruits and vegetables are 'healthy' is just that: an assumption. Fruits and vegetables are almost universally 100% carbohydrate calories and we now know that carbohydrates, especially in concentrated doses is the main cause of obesity. Juicing leads to weight gain.
