Dizziness caused by neck pathology is often a tenuous and unsubstantiated diagnosis, and it is important to exclude central and vestibular problems as the cause. A neurologist would be an excellent choice and would add that an otolaryngologist could provide audiological/ vestibular testing which could perhaps sort things out. Persevere to uncover what is etiology.
