Out of nowhere, i developed sudden pain in my right ankle on and beside my achilles tendon. its a constant ache and i can't recall injury to it. help?

Tendinitis : Sometimes build up over a long period of time of constant overuse can result in tendinitis of the achilles' tendon. Rest, icing and anti inflammatory meds should help. If symptoms continue or get worse, make an appointment with your pcp.
