Plantar fasciitis: This sounds like you had plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendonitis. These two conditions commonly occur together. If the whole ankle now hurts other things could be going on as well so you should see a foot and ankle specialist and start doing some Achilles tendon stretching several times a day.
