Muscle twitches: Frequent muscle twitching can be due to deficiencies of calcium,magnesium, potassium,sodium or be nonserious fasciculations which can occur after physical activity or randomly. A serious twitching disorder, ALS, is characterized by continual fine fibrillatory twitching. A neurologist is best to evaluate & advise you.
