This can occur: Usually as you adjust to the Paxil (paroxetine) the enhanced symptoms of anxiety will diminish.

Yes it is.: Usually, Paxil (paroxetine) should be started at a lower dose to minimize exacerbation of anxiety. However, you shold not cut the pill to lower the dose. Regular Paxil (paroxetine) is generally used for this purpose.
