Paxil (paroxetine) ?: Us ssrİ is a good antidepressant and anxiety medication. But it can take 4 -6 for the medication to show any benefit.

Usually gets better: For some, ssri's like Paxil (paroxetine) can be activating. Usually declines over a few weeks. If it does not, talk with prescribing doc.
