Please see your Dr.: First, see your doctor and discuss this problem with her/him. High fiber diet (beans/lentils, whole grains, vegetables and fruit with the skin where appropriate). Plenty of water - up to 2 liters a day. Consider a stool softener. Good luck!

See a GI: Kidney stones shouldn't affect your digestive system unless you take narcotic pain medicine. There are many great over the counter agents like colace (docusate sodium) for constipation but you should have a gastroenterology consultation if this is a chronic problem.
