See PCP: More information is needed to rule out any dangerous conditions. This will include a proper physical exam, including possibly a gynecologic/rectal one. Some of the symptoms you describe could be suggestive of a thyroid disorder, so bloodwork should be done. Referred pain, from organs in the abdomen, may suggest the problem is in a different place than initially suspected. See your PCP.
