Miralax (polyethylene glycol): 1 capful MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) in juice daily is very helpful. Let it dissolve for a minute & all you taste is the juice. Increase any & all fluids. No fiber? Any fruit helps: berries, apricots, apples, prunes, plums, pears. Vegetables-all fiber. Nuts -almonds, pistachio nuts, flax, pumpkin, sunflower seeds, . Oats, rye, wheat bran, brown rice--any of those appealing? Baked beans, chickpeas, lentils--any beans!
