Miralax (polyethylene glycol): Miralax (polyethylene glycol) or its generic equivalent, which you can find at costco, or any pharmacy, is great. I took it once, sometimes twice a day in my pregnancy and it works wonders. It's not absorbed by the body, solely works by pulling water into your colon to soften stool. Doesn't affect the baby at all and very safe to use. Also boy doesn't become dependent on it. Continue to hydrate as well!
