Not necessarily: You might have food intolerance to any of the pizza ingredients. Or you might have gastritis, gallstones, ulcer. Try otc Prilosec or zantac (ranitidine). If that doesn't work, time to see the doctor for specific diagnosis and advice.

IBS is not Acid : Ibs is a chronic condition of the intestines. It is not acute pain from over eating or eating the wrong thing... Ibs is different than acid reflux. If you have ibs then you gastroenterologist should be teaching you diet and other ways to treat it and what to do in the case of other stomach or GI problems.
