Yes or no: If you are stressed with IBS any thing can happen but it doesn't cause dizziness or unbalance on it's own.

IBS and dizziness.: It's unlikely that IBS would directly cause dizziness, as the symptoms of IBS technically are strictly gastrointestinal. However, IBS can be associated with other conditions that could be related to dizziness, so it may be indirectly associated with something else that could cause dizziness. But not directly.
