"Too much stress": Some signs could be insomnia; irritability; anger outbursts; physical aches & pains from tension; bowel problems (diarrhea, cramping, etc); fatigue; having a strong "startle" reaction even to noise that isn't very loud; anxiety or panic; poor concentration, etc. Some of these could also relate to more pervasive -- but treatable -- conditions.
