Not sure: The most common cause of missed menses is pregnancy; but on the other hand, home pregnancy test is pretty accurate. It is not un common to have occasional irregular menses. You could see your doc and get blood pregnancy test or just repeat the home pregnancy test in a week. The discharge could be normal or could be a yeast.
