Get support: Stress can show up as headaches or stomach aches, sometimes even joint aching. If you grind your teeth, your teeth might hurt. You might have trouble eating or sleeping. To prevent it, get plenty of rest and exercise. Let others give you support and help you problem solve. Read self-help materials. Relax every day. If that does not help, see an md, psychiatrist, or psychologist.
