Alcohol: There is some long term concern for using too much mouthwash with alcohol. This has been extrapolated from observation of folks who over use alcohol. If you are concerned switch to an alcohol-free one. Read the label.

Not serious: If you abuse alcohol, you should avoid alcohol containing mouthwashes. For most people daily use of mouthwash is not a problem, but don't overuse. Follow package directions. Brushing 2 full minutes removes about 75% of bacteria, flossing removes almost 25%, and mouth wash may remove the last 1%. It's not a substitute for brushing/flossing.
