A member asked:

I am taking temazpam 30mg and i still am having problems sleeping. is there a better pill?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not really. : There are many medications for insomnia. They often work better in combination than by increasing the dose of any single agent. You might consider adding valerian root, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or melatonin to your temazepam. Of course you should have already maximized your basic sleep hygiene. If all else fails the temazepam can be increased to 45 at bedtime.
