At what gestational age are babies lungs developed that they won't need help with breathing?

Varies with situatn: Some can be born at 32 weeks and have no issue(mostly females) and some will have poorly developed lungs at 40 weeks (infant of diabetic mother). The main info i give parents is to expect 50% to need oxygen rx if born at or before 36 weeks.
