Growth is unlikely: An 18 yr old is not growing taller if her growth plates have fused. If not fused, she will grow a little bit (pediatrician's growth chart for her can tell if growth has stopped). To look taller, one can choose properly designed clothing & shoes, and have good posture. Vitamins, supplements, "special" foods, exercise, etc... will not make a person living in the U.S. taller (height here is genetic).

Not likely: First, look at your genetic line. If you have a different physical stature than your family line then there could be a problem needing investigation. If you find that your stature is similar to your family then it is important to find you inside your stature. Most people would love to look over the crowd. Real people learn the answer to a good life is being at heart. First just compare.
