Not necessarily: How was the BP taken? By automatic machine? These can be inaccurate. One reading or several? Correct size cuff used? Are you in otherwise good health? Any medical problems? On any medications? Good diet? Unless you are have dizziness or fainting or symptoms of excessive fatigue, a systolic BP of 80-90mmhg is not necessarily worrisome.
