Don't worry: It sounds like you just irritated the area. Rinse very lightly to not disturb the clot and use a tea bag as a light pack to close on. If it doesn't stop, go see somebody. You may have a piece of lunch stuck in there.

Wisdom tooth postop: Absolutely, go see your surgeon! he will want to know what is going on, and would also want to examine you. Five days after surgery, it's likely nothing is really wrong and you may have spit a blood clot, but the surgical judgment lies in the hands of the doc who did surgery, not another provider.
