Depends on dose: Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) is a combination product of hydrocodone (5mg, 7.5mg or 10mg) with a fixed dose of acetominophen (325 mg). Lortab is hydrocodone and acetominophen (500mg). Lortab is also available as 5, 7.5 or 10 mg of hydrocodone. Percocet is a fixed combination product with oxydocodone (5, 7.5 or 10 mg) and 325 mg of acetominophen. Oxycodone is somewhat stronger than hydrocodone: 2:3 ratio.
