See ENT: That is certainly possible if it is causing difficulty breathing and frequent sinus infections. Have you been tested for sleep apnea? Are you slender or overweight? Do you snore?

Insomnia: Hi, if you feel refreshed after you wake up then most likely that's what your body needs, 6 hours of sleep. If you are able to go to sleep then I don't think your deviated Septum has anything to do with your sleep.
