I've been on norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) 10-325 for a while now and my dr just changed me to oxycodone 20mg ir. what can i expect from this medication on my first time?

More opioid: You will receive roughly 2x the effect from the norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen). Be careful with medication that strong. If your pain is all the time you may want to ask about a long acting preparation instead.
