Very few OTC drugs!: There are few otc weight loss drugs that work for any duration without tolerance, and rapid weight gain ocurring with cessation. Good nutritional support is your best bet, combined with exercise. That having been said, ephedrine, guarance, phenylpropanolamine, caffeine, provided you do not od on these, can be taken with enbrel (etanercept).
