Foot sprain: You can try an ace wrap or taping. There are some videos on you tube. The other option is too get a lace up ankle/foot support and your local sporting store, it might be easier.

You need rest: Sprains need rest to heal. I recommend you not go biking for 2-4 weeks to allow it time to heal. You can wrap it with an ACE bandage or use an ankle brace. But, Rest, Ice, Elevation and Compression are the keys to successful healing.
