2nd hand smoke: It sounds like viral infection and worsen by smoking. Make sure increase fluid intake, use saline drops and vaporization. If you notice increase breathing effort , poor oral intake, , not wet diapers or high fever :you should visit the pediatrician apologize for mistake!
