Cough: Cough which is lasting for 3 weeks needs to be looked at . Whooping sound raises possibility of pertusis . Please see your doctor.

Laryngitis: Sounds like laryngitis. See your doctor for examination and throats swab. May need some steroids if it is ongoing. Are you immunised ?? If there is a whoop then further investigation and possible antibiotics may be required .
