What to do if i think my body is excreting too much water, sodium & potassium! what can i do?

Chemistry panel: Our kidneys get rid of water, sodium and potassium, if the intake of these are high.I suggest you consult your physician and get some simple blood tests like basic chemistry panel, which will detect the electrolyte problems.
