A member asked:

Even the smallest amount of sodium swells feet hands/face etc. alot of potassium and water has been only found short relief. any diseases like this?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Maybe: As long as you get regular checkups and don't have any other issues, there's probably no issue. Sodium can cause swelling in a lot of people with diseases and also in healthy people if they eat enough. You might be surprised how much sodium is in everything we eat. If you haven't get a regular checkup soon.
