See a doctor : Otitis externa, especially one that does not resolve with initial antibiotic drops, should be evaluated by a doctor.

Follow up: If you already have seen your doctor and were prescribed the right antibiotic ear drops, but it is not improving, you should go back to your doctor to get rechecked.
