What do you advise if i had otitis media, i took medicine, the pain is gone but still yellowish thick foul smelled fluid comes out?

Ear drum rupture: Your pain is gone because your ear drum has likely ruptured by what you have described, releasing the pressure behind it. Otitis media should not cause drainage from the ear otherwise. You should go back to your doctor for further treatment. Good luck!
