Get examined: Impossible to diagnose a palpable finding on an exam without haveing the examination reproduced. Please go see s trusted doctor to look into your ear as well for the results and treatment

Unlikely: the nodes are probably a bit scarred and thickened. May reduce over time. If enlarging or painful need checked.
